My New Favorite Word

My New Favorite Word

(adj.) [uhn-fuhk-wi-thuh-buh l]

I’ve been thinking a lot about TAKING ACTION. More specifically, what we need to be doing to keep us in the right frame of mind – focused and inspired – to take action to get what we want.

It’s three weeks into January and I’m already feeling a little overwhelmed when I compare the reality of my daily life to the vision that I had of how my new year was going to go. There’s already a pretty big discrepancy there.

This morning I woke up thinking, “alright, so, I just need to be unstoppable” and then I see my new favorite word. Thank you, Facebook. (it’s not credited to any one person):

Unf**kwithable – (adj.) when you’re truly at peace and in touch with yourself, and nothing anyone says or does bothers you, and no negativity or drama can touch you.

So, there you go. That’s it. My new mantra.

It’s like a force field. We all have this button we can push that activates a boundary, an unf**kwithable barrier, that surrounds us and protects us as we take action towards what we want. And all the little f**kwithables? They’ll just bounce off.

If we define what it is in life that gives us strength in our bodies, clarity of mind and keeps our spirits lifted, and then, push that button, we’ll be unstoppable. And the blurred edges will become clear again.

Come dance with us at SOL. Because I want you to dance with yourself every chance you get.
